Removing floating leaves/petals?

I'm really not sure where I should post this so sorry about that! I've always been wondering if theres a way to get rid of the petals that float around in spring and the leaves that float around in autumn, in a way that would help with lag? My game always starts chugging on days that have these floaters so I dread them. Rainy and snowy days have problems as well but not as bad as the leaves.

Only by using a rain totem the day before it says pollen or windy

I mean check the weather on the tv. If it says pollen you get the pink floaters where as in the fall windy gives you leaves. The totem will overide the rain....this is why me and others say sun totems should be a thing
