Android Red Tool Tile Hit on Android

Please fix red tile. It seems to be only on android, no red tile to indicate where my tools are hitting, it causes a lot of accidents. Please bring it back.
Switch has it, PC has it. Not sure with IOS. it was on the previous version, it disappeared in new version.
