Does anyone else feel uncomfortable with the whole pregnancy thing? 😅 I wish there was an adoption option for when you are married to the opposite gender, ALSO non-binary gender option?? It could be really cool! :D and I desperately want to rename my cat/horse T-T anywayy i jus wanted to see what other Stardew Valley fans thought of this :>(I DONT KNOW IF IM POSTING THIS IN THE RIGHT FOURM IM SORRY IF ITS NOT)

I think it's the right forum as it's not a suggestion, if are on PC, you can edit the save files to rename stuff, and you can get this gender neutral mod, the mod page also links to another mod, where you can change pregnancy in different ways..

As someone who's been through three pregnancies IRL, I cannot blame anyone for being a bit wigged out by the whole concept. It is a really weird, uncomfortable, icky sort of state.
Lol you have my honest sympathies. I was just curious what reasonings the OP had for disliking it is all.

Yea, I understand why the pregnancy thing might be a little weird. Also, it's much more plausible (I know adoption probably takes much longer irl) to be dropped off a baby in 2 weeks instead of being pregnant for two weeks.(Edit: Spelling)

Probably depends on the version.

In the game boy version, if you played as the girl it would end when you married and if you played as the boy, the girl would be pregnant for a season. If I remember correctly, I hardly ever got that far.
