I planted 7 rare seeds at the start of fall, but I must have forgotten to water them a bit because they're not producing fruit and it's the last day of fall there's nothing I can do to stop this, right?

Yeah, you're kinda stuck with not being able to harvest them, sorry. One thing I do to avoid this is to either wait for Sprinklers (just 2 regular Sprinklers are worth it to take care of 8 Rare Seeds) or use Speed-Gro in case you miss a few days. They only take 24 days to grow normally, so you can get away with planting them on the 2nd or 3rd of Fall but that's about as far as I push it.

You can also put speedgro or have agriculturist when planting to speed it up, they're easy to forget if you're watering manually and you don't have much leeway like Lew said, so may as well create as much leeway as you can

Definitely should've put out sprinklers, my fault because I water everything by hand still haha

Yeah there’s not much you can do unless you forgot to water them 27th, then you could revert Back to the old copy If you were on pc, but if that doesn’t work there’s not much else apart from mods/ file editing
