Switch Raccoon wife's shop never expanded despite completing their quest line

I've completed the raccoon family's quest line, but the shop never expanded and they still only sell the initial 4 different seed packs.

I'm on a Nintendo Switch, which is on system version 19.0.1, I'm playing on v1.6.9 build 37 of the game, I'm playing in English, single player, and I use the joycons.

Also, I've been playing the same save file since the initial update, I'm pretty sure, and I have 100% perfection.

Same here. Raccoon shop won’t expand on co-op Switch save.

Same here. Her shop does not expand, even when I’ve fully finished the quests and gotten the adorable scene about my wonderful new neighbors where all of them sing.
