I have some really weird questions but I have seen blue chickens and I really want one but also what are those like mini lakes I see in videos? They have fish in them but you put it on your farm. Also how to get pirate hat?

You need to reach Shane's 8-heart event, then each chicken you purchase from Marnie has a 25% chance of being blue.

I think you are talking about Fish ponds and they can be purchased from Robins shop.

Pirate hat can be tailored using a sewing machine( there is one in Emilys house) by combining treasure chest and cloth. They also have small random chances of dropping from various things.

I figured out that you can repeatedly click on the chicken icon and it will say at the top of the screen "Pick a Home for Your New _ Chicken" so you can be like
First you get a white chicken so then you can hit esc if your on computer
Second you get white again... Repeat the process I said above^
Then you get brown.... repeat
Now this time you get blue chicken now click on your coop and name it
