Issue Questions about children in games. HELP, PLEASE!!!!!

I instelled mod about child age up.There was no problem at first,and everything went well.
When I opened the game,I found that I have a third child! ! !
its no impact on the game, for now! But I won't know whether there be bad effects in the future.
My English so bad,I have tried my best to describe it.

That's a known bug. And there is no fix.
