Hello, I am a young French artist ! I discovered the game quite recently and fell in love with it. I was able to read on forums that the fanmerch was authorized by the creator if it was on a small scale (but it dates from 6 years ago) is it still relevant ? Yes, that's correct! Fan merch is okay to sell as long as it's not mass-produced and you do the work yourself. For example, taking the in-game sprites and putting them on a shirt wouldn't be allowed, but if someone is making pins or crochet or whatever based on the game, and they did it themselves, that's fine.

Par exemple, il serait interdit de prendre les sprites du jeu et de les mettre sur un t-shirt, mais si quelqu'un crée des pins, du crochet ou autre chose basé sur le jeu et qu'il l'a fait lui-même, c'est acceptable.
