Question for those have/played on Switch (non-Stardew related)

I’m going to have to get a SD memory card for my Switch, in order to play MHR: Crimson. At present, I’m stuck on figuring out which brand I should order from Amazon. Initially, I was leaning on purchasing Nintendo’s brand, but I noticed a couple other different brands. So, I’m wondering about others who’ve purchased the SD memory cards, and which ones you prefer/your experience with the different brands.

I know there are review articles out there, but I prefer to get the opinions/preferences directly from other individuals. ^^

I prefer Samsung brand personally. I use them in my phone, tablet, and Switch. Hope it helps! 🙂😎

I think mine are SanDisk (which i initially didn't get for the switch but for my phone, but it worked very well!)

really i think if you aim for the space you want, it's okay to go cheaper

I agree with the Samsung suggestion. Been using the 126? gb, I forget the exact amount of space. But the U3 Samsung cards should be decent. I always like a higher quality card for running games, nothing that has bare minimum strength and will load things slower upon start-up.

I realize I'm a bit late to the thread, but if you haven't purchased one yet, please don't bother with the Nintendo ones (unless you're a big fan of the company). These cards are made by SanDisk, and are identical to the regular SanDisk ones, except they're slightly more expensive. The only thing you're paying more for with the Nintendo ones is the word Nintendo being printed on them, there's no other difference.

To be clear, it's not like these are bad cards or anything, SanDisk make good cards. But you should know what you're paying for.
