Quarry Mine is blocked by Mine Cart -- How to enter?

I unlocked the quarry awhile back, and when I was looking up something else on the Stardew Wiki, I saw that there's a quarry mine. I went there to try to enter, but the entrance to the quarry mine is blocked by the mine carts.

How do I enter the quarry mine?

I'm playing on Android, if that makes any difference. The Android interface is a touch screen, and when I touch the quarry mine entrance, the little square turns red, which means you can't go there. Is there something else I'm supposed to do in addition to unlocking the quarry itself?

The quarry mine is next to the bridge, not behind the mines cart.

Can you post a screenshot of where you're trying to go? As Ereo said, the quarry mine isn't where the mine cart is

Oh, thanks so much! The mine cart was in front of something that looked very entrance-y, but thanks to your pointer, I found it.

Can you post a screenshot of where you're trying to go? As Ereo said, the quarry mine isn't where the mine cart is

That's just the exit for the minecart from the mines. The quarry mine isn't part of the actual mines. It is east of there across a bridge that needs repair.
