Qi's quest in the mine

Every quest from qi gives only qi's special currency with the exception of the one in the mine whose needed to get radioactive ore, gain access to the "upgraded mine" and it's loot pool.

Yet, this quest seems unusually rarer than the other, somehow not appearing at all for some players.

Considering it's the only who actually unlock stuff needed for several of Qi's recipe, shouldn't it be a forced option in one of the two slot until it's been completed At least once ?

As much as I like the tasks - normal ones and Qi tasks - I think the Qi-story is not good polished. I already wrote some curiosities here: https://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/converting-casino-coins-into-g.7988/post-46860

Regarding the Radioactive Ore, I think it would be cool if this Qi-task unlocked additional 120 floors in the normal mine (with no elevator from level 120), instead of the plagued first 120 floors. The new 120 floors could always be harder. In the Scull-Cavern, the Radioactive Ore could generally be below the 100st floors.
In both cases, the Radioactive Ore might not be visible until after the first start of this Qi-task. However, it should then always be found there.
