iOS Qi's Prismatic Grange not scrollable.

This carries forward from 1.5, remains present in 1.6. The Journal Entry for Qi's prismatic grange does not show the progress bars for all colors.

Blue and purple are missing. There is no scroll bar, and tapping does not show them on a new page.

Still an issue on 18.3.1.
I couldn’t figure out why I’d failed this quest the first time I did it. Although it did seem like a pretty limited rainbow.
If you have quests above, less lines are visible.
