Issue Problem with launching the game

When I go to launch the game this is what pops up. I'm not sure where to start to fix this. This is the first time I'm having this problem. I tried looking it up but I can't really find anything that I understand/that relates to this. If anyone could help that would be great!!

Have you recently updated to Stardew Valley 1.5.5 ?

If so, you need to update to SMAPI 3.13.1. Note that this version of SMAPI is not set up for use with Vortex yet, so you'll have to use the regular SMAPI installer.
