plz help with my sdv expanded

so ive watched about 3 tutorials, reinstalled the main mod and the extra mods needed, put them in the right places and it still comes up with this error im desperate to play it but just wont work

You said you downloaded the "extra mods needed", but it says you're missing a lot of them. The log should show more info on what else is loading.
