pls help im struggling so hard

i downloaded smapis 4.0.8
and the newest stardew expanded and the 2 other requiered mods (i already checked and all mods are for the same version) i really dont understand why its not wokring?

unlike in some other issues, in mine it doesnt even say error or skipped a mod so im really at a loss...

i really hope someone could help me because ive always wanted to play this mod

I agree with @SurprisedPikachuBob3
Your smapi didnt register any mods because the mods that you've downloaded is not in your mods folder. The only files that your smapi read were ConsoleCommands and SaveBackup.
Mods go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods

Hi! I also need help, sorry if this isn't the right place... I have the exact same problem as OP, but my mods ARE in the mods folder.
