Please make Mr Qi’s Walnut Challenges less random

I’ve been playing for a year straight in game and have had EVERY challenge appear except Danger in the Deep. Which means I can’t progress the game to get the completion because I can’t get Radioactive ore. It’s all I need to complete it to the end. I’ve had every other challenge appear multiple times.

Half of Qi's rewards are tied to Danger in the Deep and yet there's a very real chance that he could just... refuse to offer it to you. I'm suffering from this as well. This quest is definitely one that should take priority on the board if you haven't cleared it yet. I'd go so far to say that it should be offered every week until it is successfully completed.
