I doubt that they gonna translate it, but if it will be available in Europe, should be no problems to get it. I will be ordering it then for sure, so I believe that ordering more copies and then using local post (prefarably InPost) will make shipping cost much much lower than proxy shipping from USA (that's about +35-70$ to get it into Poland from USA now).

Then still they don't know if game gonna be translated, as that depends on offer that publisher will give them. Even if - that would be about 2022 by looking how late Rebel, Portal and other releases translated games.
I believe that Polish manual can be done by some fan and put on BoardGameGeek though, for free. Lot of games have one.
