So i started playing Stardew Valley today, i go thru the intro, i wake up in bed the next day and i recieved some parsnip seeds. I go outside and wanted to clean up the yard a little before planting the seeds. When i go outside, i see this box to the left of the house, and i'm like oh cool, a storage box. Little did i know that stuff you put in there disappears xD

I've seen this happen a lot so don't fret, it's quite commonplace with new players, seeing how it isn't all too dissimilar from a chest.

If you do want something for storage, you can craft actual chests with 50 wood, you have to enter your menu and press the tab with the little hammer which opens the crafting menu to see the recipe.

Confusing the shipping bin with a chest? No, I did not do that, though I can understand the mistake.

But on a similar level during my first walkthrough, I got the message from Evelyn saying that crops will die at the end of each season and that I should plan accordingly. I was like "isn't this obvious? I did not need an mail for telling me that..."

And guess what? Yes. You guessed right.

I read that letter, but did not pay attention to the fact that a season has 28 days. I think I thought a month has 30 or 31 days, so a season should have 30 or 31 as well.
