Player Birthday?

My daughter was playing some Stardew this evening. She’s a super fan of birthdays and holidays. But one thing in the game has her a little upset - the player doesn’t have a birthday.
She asked me why this was and I don’t have an answer for her, but she is headstrong in the pursuit of knowledge and asked me to find out so here we are.

Why doesn’t the player have an in-game birthday?

I don't know if there is a particular reason for it, but player birthdays is for sure one of the more popular requests these days
