Planters would be a version of garden pots with a dynamic tileset (like hoed dirt) so when placed next to each other they attach.
They could also be different from pots in that they would be shorter, so the farmer would be able to walk on them, maybe with a little jump when walking on the edge.
Planters could be unlocked after a special order from Evelyn. This special order would start appearing after fixing the greenhouse and getting the garden pot.
The day after this special order is complete, there could be a few planters placed in the town square in a way that doesn't disturb the note puzzles, where Evelyn would plant seasonal flowers that can't be removed (like how trees can't be chopped), except these would be removable the 28 of a month as they'd go to waste anyway.
