Windows Pierre's shop closing time

I remember his shop closing at 5pm and it let me in all the way up to 9pm which I thought was weird, on his shop note thing it says: "Open from 9am-9pm" but on the map it says "9am-5pm"
Is this a glitch or a bug, idk but I just noticed it

The shop itself is open till 5pm while you can enter and talk with Abagail pierrie and caroline up till 9

He will be at the till until 5pm, after that Pierre walks away and you can no longer buy anything from the store. However the building doesn't lock until 9pm, allowing you to enter at anytime until then.
