iOS Pick Axe hasn’t been sent home after trashing it

Hello, I accidentally trashed my iridium pick axe while using the sewing machine. I didn’t realize I had done it until days after, and mobile only saves the last save file. it hasn’t been sent home after a week (in game time). The sewing machine has a strange glitch where I couldn’t exit out so I’m not sure if this correlates as all with my pick axe not being returned after trashing it in the sewing machine screen.
I’d appreciate any help or suggestions on what I can do. I’m on year 4 winter, mobile using IOS 18, Version 1.5.6.39.

Check the lost and found box in Lewis's house, or in your refrigerator. It will be a basic version , but it should be their, unless something truly strange is happening. No clue whats going on w/ the sewing machine.

@hihi0313 Hi! Can you post a zip of your save folder if you still can't find it?

Also, can you still trash tools in the sewing menu if you try it again? Normally tools should be grayed out and non-selectable there.

Hello! Yes I think I can but is it just a screenshot of what I see in my files app? Sorry I’m on IOS so I haven’t dealt with the save file before. As for the sewing machine, yes a couple items are greyed out but some aren’t so I’m not sure if it glitched that day? Here’s how it looks.

@hihi0313 That's now fixed in the upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6.9. Thanks for reporting it!

For the save folder, can you transfer those files to a PC and then attach them to a reply here? See transfer a save on the wiki for instructions, and feel free to ask if anything is unclear.
