Quit and restart the day, try again? I think you can make a copy of your save on iOS after quitting so you can save a copy there in case you need to wait for a game update to fix it. I'm not any kind of pro at that however.

Lew Zealand is correct. I believe that on most versions quitting the day forces progress loss for the day. I'm not sure if there's a way to replay the perfection cutscene. Although, given that I'm posting about 22 hours after you posted, I'm guessing it's too late.
