Perfection with Mods?

I don't know if this is a silly question or not...but if you load a bunch of Json Assets Mods for Recipes and Craftables, does that change the Perfection Tracker in the game? Or is the Perfection Tracker hardcoded just for the Vanilla Content?

i want to say perfection tracker is just vanilla content, but i wouldn't put it past some mods to incorporate their stuff into the perfection (tho i dunno if they have)
