Perfection in multiplayer

So I’m doing a co-op play through with one of my friends and we are wondering how perfection works in multiplayer. Do both have to fulfill the requirements or does just one?

Also can each player catch all the legendary fish?

It always counts the player that has the highest percentage, so each category only has to be completed by one player.

Every player can catch each legendary.

It goes off who has the highest precent for each category so only ine person will need to catch all the fish, and yes each player can catch all the fish.
