Has anyone noticed Penny is out partying or something else late at night. She is not home some nights and I have no idea where she went.

Fear not. They often get stuck places especially on mobile saves where you save midday cause you can. I’ve found Harvey most often at the bus stop. Occasionally right before the children’s playground by the community center. Often it happens on a day they went to work (for the few who do…and Penny does still tutor.). Or on a day when they went Ginger Island. On some mobile saves I’ve actually caught people stranded on the island just waiting for the boat. Mobile can be so very buggy. Even in the new update it happens.

As stardewluv already said, especially if you're on mobile save states can reset NPC pathing and cause them to wander to yoba knows where.
