1.6 Update Party hat etc drop chance

Does anybody know what the actual drop chance is for items like the red party hat or bridal veil?

The wiki says there is a small chance, but doesn't specify it.

There is a small chance to receive this hat from slaying monsters, breaking crates and barrels, chopping trees, shaking trees with seeds, digging Artifact Spots, or panning.

I've gotten some of these hats and wondered how

I get part hats all the time. Random furniture. Shirts. I’ve gotten the veil 2 times I think. I just wish there was a back pack upgrade (or 2 ) with all this new stuff and trinkets so you could keep some. Like I can hang on to maybe 1 or two but the rest I have to pitch cause I need the other precious few slots for the basic stuff more. Such a shame. I hope you get what you’re looking for soon!

Am not looking for anything, I merely wondered what the percentage was. Must be pretty low. I've gotten these things in the mines, skull cavern, and the party hat actually came from weeds in the ginger island jungle iirc. I'm guessing it could be in the 0.01% region. Certainly very low considering how few I've gotten, and how many enemies have been killed, rocks broken, etc.
