Solved Painting bug - Book in Wizard's tower

If you interact with the marked book in Wizard's Tower, you can buy "buildings" such as the golden watch. You have four options for these buildings and one of them is to paint it however you like. If you click on that option, you see your farm and you can move around like normal. But if you hover your cursor over a stall you can paint it to.

Yes, you can move and paint all buildings from both Robin’s and the wizard’s building menus.

That's right, the button says "Paint Buildings" so it's not necessarily to paint the one you have selected in the book, just any buildings on your farm that can be painted (sheds, coops, barns, and the farmhouse).
