iOS Paid for basement, refit completed but basement not showing or accessible

Hi,

I paid 100k for the last refit and i have the basement stairs but i cant access the basement and it doesnt show in my house? I play on my ipad. I have tried restarting my ipad and the app and nothing.

please help, i rreally wanna age my cheese.

The basement isn't visible on the housemap like the other rooms. If you have the stairs, it's there.

You enter it like you would leave the house. Try zooming in or out a bit too change the hotbox, or switch to the button controls.
