I'd be surprised if this hasn't been suggested before, but i think that the implementation of benches and other outdoor furniture would be great as it would add more character to the players farm. Other pieces of furniture could include: Picnic baskets, Blankets / Rugs, Umbrellas, Doormats (Could also be used outside), etc. There could also be community works projects to build benches and another ice cream kiosk in the park.
