Solved Ostrich Incubator Recipe

I completed all of the fossils in the survey tent as well as the 2 questions, and even had the final cutscene where he said he would give me the crafting recipe for the incubator but I still haven't received it. Its been well over a few weeks in game (a season has passed) and it still hasn't shown up. I went back to the tent multiple times hoping that there was just something I missed but everything is completed. However I noticed that it still comes up with donate? I'm guessing that's a part of the glitch?
I already have the ostrich egg so it's frustrating the incubator crafting recipe won't show up. I don't know what to do...

Check the last page for the recipe and yeah it does still say donate after your done probably leaving open for future expansion
