Option to turn off controller vibration when riding horse on console

I play on PS4 and while I love the vibration for when something bites the fishing line I usually stop using the horse as the vibration is to much over time, while there is an option to turn off all vibration I would like to keep the vibration for when something bites the fishing line without having the vibration for the horse.

I would also appreciate the ability to tweak the circumstances where you do/don't get vibration. I like having vibration when a fish bites, but I not when riding my horse or reeling in a fish.
