Issue Only one save-File causes lags and framedrops

Hello! I've been playing SVE for 6 years now and got bored a year ago, so I installed SDV Extended and Ridgeside Village. Great mods. I played them on a new game.
Anyway, after a few months I uninstalled SDV Extended and Ridgeside Village because it was too much for me to handle. Also, my new game didn't really catch me. Rather I wanted to complete my old save-game, i found new motivation :D

I made the mistake to play my 6-year-old main save-file for one in day game while having the mods installed. So I got new NPCs, new locations, new items...

After deinstalling the mods I tried to play my old save-file, and SMAPI detected some errors and deleted some items or so, and than it worked and I could keep playing. I thought everything is fine.

But I think it isn't. The game stutters and lags, every 2 minutes or so my frames drop rapidly. When I open the menu, when I change a location, during combat... There's no specific pattern.

When I start a new game, nothing like this happens. The game runs smoothly.

Can I do something to make my save-file work well again?

I tried to open my Save-file in FarmFoundry to delete some trees that grew in the water... In Stardew Valley extended, I think the water was dirt and trees were able to grow there. I think these misplaced trees could cause the trouble... But I'm not sure :/

Is there anything else I can do? Is there a mod to delete things from my savefile that aren't vanilla?

Also, I reinstalled Ridgeside Village again. And I have like 30 other mods I guess.

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English, I'm not a native speaker.

Have a nice evening!

Edit: I reseted my content files via Steam, I re- and deinstalled SDV and the mods
SMAPI doesn't report problems as far as I can see, but I'm not quiet good with code and stuff so here's the log: SMAPI LOG

I play with the latest SMAPI version and the latest game version on Windows (Laptop) 10
