Old Game Save Question

Hello everyone, I had a question about on old game save I have, that I started in 1.3. I am in year 3, have competed the community center, and have a big aged starfruit wine system going on, so I am pretty far into the save. I haven't played it at all with 1.4-1.5, and was just wondering (without spoiling) if there are any events or anything else from the new updates that I may have missed being so far into the game. I know 1.5 has a lot of end game stuff, but I also don't know what I may have missed in 1.4.

I really don't want to start a new file, but at the same time I would like to see any events and other things like that, that may have only happened in the first couple years. Any info would be really helpful, thank you!

You can't miss anything by playing the new updates with an existing save. For example, say on a new 1.5 save there's a new cutscene that would happen in year 1. On your year 3 save, you'll just get the cutscene right away. Updates are designed to work with existing saves :)

The only thing that could be annoying for older saves is that in 1.4 the feature that shows what gifts NPCs like doesn't include gifts given before that update.

You won't miss anything of the new content with exception of the new beach farm and the possibility to set some start options. Other then that, there may be some npc path changes, e.g. Emily visiting Sandy on her birthday, so if you heavily build in the desert, considering having a look at the new pathing.
