Windows Null Player Error

Hi, my friend recently bought the game on steam and unfortunately she wasn't able to play every time she opened the game it would say on steam it was running but nothing would open so.
We have tried installing .NET 6, headphones, startup_preferences deleted, firewall was checked, reinstalling the game, deleted galaxy64.dll, _CommonRedist folder isn't there, we tried installing the xna framework manually but it didn't work.

I attached the error log, also she hasn't used any mods. She was able to open the game in compatibility mode once but after trying again it didn't work. I've seen a few others with this issue online and I just couldn't figure out how to fix it.

I have the EXACT same issue, not sure if you were ever able to fix it, i tried framework, everything, I find it kinda weird that the error code is saying that no GPU was detected? not ure if it sipposed to be like that, I do not really understand computers, also I use notebook so Im not sure if that makes it any different
