Solved NPCs stopped coming to island resort

For several seasons the NPCs came to the island resort. I'm in summer Y3 and for a couple of weeks now, nobody visits. I've tried closing the resort and opening it again. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.

After I posted (of course), on the next day people did arrive at the resort. Maybe I just hit a few off days in a row. Thanks.
