Issue NPCs are walking off the map, and not walking their usual routes.

I've updated all my mods, verified steam files, and checked my SMAPI log to see if there are errors. That's the extent to my knowledge, and I couldn't find anything. I'm playing single player on windows, and the game runs fine. The only problem I've seen are the NPCs. Has anyone ever had this happen? If so, how do I fix it?
