The calendar doesn't show the updated winter outfits for npcs id just like it to be updated.

yes i agree, the calendar needs to show winter outfits for the winter birthdays

I wouldn't want that: I don't sort my home photos by season or make them extra seasonal. The "standard photos" should therefore be used in the calendar.
