Not loading past new game creation or loading a previous file

Not sure what is preventing me from actually loading the game up but i get into the main menu can create a character or load one up but when it goes to start loading the save file or starting a new one it stops responding. https://smapi.io/log/2e4809e5a2ef40058551bd6ebc818267
