Android Not able to figure out how to paint my buildings

Hi im on 1.5 on Android and i can't figure out how to paint my house and farm buildings is it just not on the phone version yet or

When you are at Robins, choose the option to construct farm buildings. Painting is at the bottom, next to demolish buildings.

Your buildings need to be fully upgraded to paint them.
