Issue Not able to access Willy's shop.

As the tilte says, I'm not able to accesso Willy's shop. I messed up with my mods on my first farm so I deleted it and restarted a new one, since I didn't want to redo EVERYTHING I used mods to respawn things I already had and also skipped days until Spring 28. I skipped day by day to try to not miss out events/cutscenes, but ig I missed something with Willy since I cannot access his shop even if I'm summer 15 (i tried in more different days, it always says "Gone fishing. I'll be back tomorrow". Is there any way to fix this? I truly do not want to restart again ngl c.c
