No watering the day after rain.

Watering takes so much energy, especially in the early game. Logically, if it rained all day, you wouldn't need to water the next day.

I feel like that would kind of mess up the games balancing more than help as watering is supposed to take up quite a bit of energy early game until you upgrade your watering can. I think that's why you can unlock sprinklers only after level 2. Plus I can only imagine what kind of balancing would need to be done to the rain totem if this was the case.
