no theatre or improvements

I paid Robin for the community improvements and also paid Morris for the theatre. when I logged out I saw where the theatre was being built yet when I logged in today there was no theatre. Would a mod update have changed all that? My money is gone just none of the two improvments

when I look at that log it is showing multiple files again...guess it is back to the drawing board!

I have updated those several times and it keeps saying to update them! not sure what I am doing
