Windows No Spouse Portraits ??

So I've been playing this game for awhile now, and literally just learned about the potential to buy spouse portraits from the Traveling Cart. I didn't marry anyone til late game, and now I finally married each candidate (so I've obviously divorced many, too). However, I've never once seen ANY portraits available via the Traveling Cart (which is why I didn't even know they existed). I've read that they occur immediately, and stay always - unlike any other item in the Traveling Cart - and that goes for divorced spouses too. So theoretically, all portraits should be available [to me].

What makes this even more confusing to me is, I'm playing the 1.6 version, as my Beehouses work with potted flowers, and there's green rain. So it's not like I'm using some old game version. So what I don't get it is, why doesn't this work?! I'm in the process of collecting EVERYTHING in this game, so it's important to me that I have the ability to buy them. Unsure if this is a bug, or if maybe there's something I'm misunderstanding here.

It will show up every time the Traveling Cart visits as long as you have 14 hearts with your spouse/roommate at the time.

"The Traveling Cart sells portraits of all spouses, even divorced ones. The portrait will cost you 30,000 gold, but that's a small price to pay for a lovely keepsake of your spouse."

This is what I don't get. I reached 14 hearts with all my spouses before divorcing them (for the cutscenes).

But maybe that's wrong and it only works when you're at 14 hearts? Which kinda sucks for me lol

I can now confirm you (and the Wiki) were correct, as upon reaching 14 hearts with my current spouse, Sebastian, his portrait - and only his portrait - became available at the Traveling Cart.

(I had to edit the code to say married to all 13 candidates in order to buy each portrait at once - as I wasn't gonna marry all 13 individually all over again - starting from literal zero, after I had literally just done that for the cut-scenes Thankfully, this worked and saved me a lot of trouble)
