iOS No more progress counted toward goals, no recognition of completed goals

I have noticed that my game has stopped registering any progress toward goals, specifically monster eradication and the museum collection. It is no longer adding to the total of monsters needed to complete each goal, and I never got the “a complete collection” achievement even though I have all the items in the museum. Has anyone had this issue and can you help me fix this? I’ve come so far on this farm, I would hate to have to start again to achieve my first perfect play through.
