Thanks for posting the full log.

To start with, Cozy Cafe is missing a dependency. It says it needs this mod installed(Producer Framework): https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/4970

Some of these others were incorrectly installed. I'd start with deleting all those empty folders.

But, for example; 'Fairies for the Forest' is missing a dependency which is this(Custom Critters): https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1255
And, the those fairy folders need to be moved inside that mod once installed. See this comment by a helpful user: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?showtopic=7462606/#entry86043628

And, with regards to the reshade mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1213
It looks like you're supposed to install it in the game's root folder; not the "Mods" folder.
So you can delete all those files under the 'Mods' folder that are related to reshade.

Then when reinstalling it, only place the extracted files here: E:\DOWNLOAD\steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley
