Switch No Fish Smoker

I have the latest update and went to Willy’s to buy the fish smoker but it’s not there. I restarted the game and even tried to update again just in case but each time it’s not there. I’m in Summer year 2 and level 10 fishing if that means anything

Do you know that Willy sells you the recipe to craft it and doesn't give you the item, sorry but want to be sure
