I appreciate the update on the Simplified Chinese translation. Nonetheless, some major issues with the new translation are bothering me and many other players. (By the way, if you go to Nexus you'll notice mods that modify the translations to the previous version are very popular, lol.)
1.
Problem: The new font is cute but it is extremely hard to read. The size of the characters is also a bit too big. For example, the new “干" looks like ”千", but they are completely different characters.
Suggestion: Modify the font, or just use the old font.
2.
Problem: There are incorrect translations. For example, the Chinese word for the "load" on the main menu is “加载”, but it is translated into "继续“, which means "continue".
3.
Problem: Some words were unnecessarily replaced. For a game that has existed for years, I failed to understand the reason for changing translations that the players are already used to. For example, what is the point of changing "谜之盒" to "盲盒"?
Suggestion: Please talk with the community before making necessary changes.
I sincerely hope that the translator(s) can connect with the Chinese Stardew Valley communities to work together to improve the transitions.
