So I just started playing, i know next to nothing about it. But I’m really excited about the romance options.

I’m torn between Alex and Sam, because I clearly have a type. I know Alex is a werid jock dude but he’s my himbo, but so is Sam so I’m not too sure.

Without any intense spoilers, who should I do ?

IMO Alex has more of a character arc as do his remaining family members. Sam is ridiculously likable though so it looks like you might need 2 saves...

Here's a tip: If you go after Alex, play as a male farmer. His dialogue when you play as a female farmer is really ick (him basically always pointing out you are a girl and 'oh girls cannot play football' it's really not good), but with a male one his dialogue is a lot better and actually feels like a genuine character arc.

I have no opinion on Sam tbh, not my type but eh he's ok.

I’ve heard of that, and that’s cute. But my female farmer is already snatched and I love her. But I like to think I can change him 😞🤞 (i probably can’t)

Aw, I don't know. I see your point, but I think he's just being a cocky kid. He even judges male farmers as "not being the sporty type". Conversations after certain higher hearts
show true growth as a person.
And, if he's like his grandpa,
even the most deep-rooted, old fashioned thinking fades away in new experiences, you know?
That being said, Sam always felt more welcoming even at low hearts. Plus, he looks after his kid brother, so good with children. A plus if family life is your thing.
::edit:: Oof. I hope that wasn't revealing too much. Sorry @Arlert<3 if that spoiled anything for you! Me not too smart. I added tags. Hope it's not too late...
