New outfits for the NPC + New community upgrade

Please CA see this. It wouls be a minor update, but a very interisting one.
PLEASE let them change clothing when the seasons change, specially Haley, who suposed to be a fashionista, but is always with the same summer outfit.
Nothing to out of the concept. But it would be nice to see them in a winter outfit (hats and scarfs), Summer outfit (flow dresses, shorts, sombreros even), etc.
This is something that some mods have, but it would be great to see this in cannon game.

Edit:
There could be more community upgrades like Pam's. I would love to revamp Elliots Hut, but in his case, could be something with his heart event + Robins Heart level.
It could have more than one option too, transform it in a resort, an Hotel, a better home for him, etc. What you guys think?

I know there are seasonal outfit mods that you can get for PC, of course console players are stuck without for now though.

Thats the thing, I would like this kind of content to be cannon to the game, so everyone could enjoy it. I personally dont use mods at all, so this could be a simple yet very nice update.

I think this is a great idea! It always seemed odd to me when all of the villagers are wearing summer clothes in the winter. I would love to see them wear scarves or have multiple layers in the winter and dresses and shorts in the summer!

I like this idea. I love customizing my look. Maybe we can have several options and be able to craft different clothing sets for each npc. Done by gathering certain ingredients + wool and making more use of

Gifting them the set would raise their heart levels and have a cute little cutscene!

It could also be randomized if they are wearing the outfit you gave or the normal outfit for that season.

I like the idea of seasonal clothing for sure, I recommended it earlier lol. I think even to make it easier he could just add two outfits for each character, one for fall and winter and one for spring and summer. Also not everyone had access to mods sadly :( so it would be cool to see it in the main game.

Thank you :) although I get why people play with mods if it's not cannon not everyone can enjoy it so it's not really valid to the game.
